The Black Tie story began in the early 1990s, rooted in a family enterprise that pioneered digital barter and trade exchange systems across Australia and the Asia Pacific. That foundation evolved through the development of BBX, one of the world’s longest-running business trade exchanges — and laid the groundwork for the emergence of Black Tie Holdings as a next-generation fintech and asset management group.
